Shipping Information:

We ship in-stock items from our warehouse within 24 hours of credit approval. Orders received after 4 PM PST, on weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. You will be notified by email regarding backordered items and expected delays. Allow 10 days for regular shipping.

*Hinano Hut offers a Flat Rate of $8.50 for all orders shipped to the continental United States.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Hinano Hut is happy to exchange merchandise under the following circumstances:

Merchandise must be retuned to our warehouse within 21 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Items smelling of smoke, cologne, or detergent will not be accepted. If merchandise appears to be worn, return will not be accepted. Shipping is non refundable (except for defective merchandise or by a shipping error on our part). Merchandise returned within 21 business days will be exchanged for an item of the same or more value.

The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise must be packed in its original or appropriate packaging. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (unworn only) with all tags in tact. Shoes (unworn only) must be returned in their original condition. When returning an item it is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
