We ship in-stock items from our warehouse within 48 hours of credit approval. Orders received after 4 PM PST, on weekends or on holidays will be processed the following business day and shipped 48 hours of credit approval .You will be notified by email regarding backordered items and expected delays. Allow 10 days for regular shipping.
*We do ship outside of the continental United States. International shipping will be calculated at check out.

How do I exchange an item?
Island Hut is happy to exchange merchandise under the following circumstances:
Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 21 days of purchase. *Please include a copy of your original invoice & item and or size you would like to exchange it for.
All merchandise must be in new, unworn condition in original bags with tags attached.
Items smelling of smoke, cologne, or detergent will not be accepted.
If merchandise appears to be worn, return will not be accepted. The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Original shipping fees are non refundable (except for defective merchandise or by a shipping error on our part). Merchandise returned within 21 business days will be exchanged for an item of the same or more value & same weight. Customer may be charged extra for shipping on the exchanged item.

Merchandise returned within 21 business days must be packed in its original packaging (unworn only) with all tags in tact. When returning an item it is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
